Can't Find your Keys
Starting today, find a place in
your home to put your keys and your wallet. Repeat this behavior
for about 3 weeks and it will become a habit. Think of the reduced
stress you will have knowing where these items are.
If you forget or miss a day, continue to place these items
in their place. Make sure this is the first thing you do when
you enter your home.
It's really that simple. All you have to do is start and then
keep on doing the behavior. In about 21 days you won't even have
to think about it anymore.
