Excel Shortcuts
If you don't use the shortcuts you are wasting valuable time. Below is list of some of the useful shortcuts:
- Shift F11 = New Sheet
- Ctrl F3 = Names Dialog
- Ctrl G = Go to dialog
- Alt I C = Insert Column
- Alt I R = Insert Row
- Ctrl PgDn = Next Sheet
- Ctrl PgUp = Prev Sheet
- F7 = Spell check
- Ctrl $ = Format in $
- Ctrl Shift 8 = Select a Region
- Ctrl Arrow = Takes you to the end of a Region
- Ctrl F6 = Next Excel Window
- Alt F11 = Autosum
- Shift F3 = Insert Function Dialog
- Alt F8 = Macro Dialog
- F2 = Edit Cell
- F4 = Toggles cell from Relative Addressing to Absolute Addressing
- Ctrl F = Find Dialog
- Shift Arrow key= Select a range
- Crlt Arrow key = Select an Area
- F9 = Recalc
- Ctrl Arrow key = Next or Prev word in Edit mode
- Turn on Fitlers = Alt D F F
- Ctrl K = Set a hyperlink
