Testing
Testing is a very important and time consuming part of software development. But you'll never be able to find all the bugs. Even Microsoft the world's biggest software company delivers products with bugs. That's no excuse for you, but it's always a trade off between time to deliver product vs. the number of bugs you find. Users will always find bugs no matter how much you test. Unfortunately their first impression of your software is extremely important. Testing also is affected by schedules and when software developers are behind, and they usually are the testing and the documentation usually get overlooked.
The level of testing and resources put into it are different for who the software is being developed for: From less testing to more testing:
