Methodology

LI-Tutor has developed a special methodology, for teaching, which we call J-Learning. This method uses the method to teach people to juggle objects. All skills are broken down into their component parts and the student is given tasks they can accomplished and encouraged to practice, practice and practice.

• We believe learning takes place when their is trust between the student and the teacher and the student can easily say the "I don't know" or "I don't understand." This has nothing to do with being ignorant but has to do with courage
• We don't accept all students for Tutoring, only those we feel will benefit from our service.
• We use a patent-pending method called J-Learning. This method uses the methods used in learning how to Juggle objects.
• We simplify complex tasks into a series of steps that takes you to your goal of learning the subject
• We adjust our training to your specific needs, buy evaluating what you know and developing our program around this
• We send you email exercises to help reinforce the information you've learned
• We don't make demands beyond your reach. We help you set attainable goals and continually extend them
• We do pre & post assessments to see if our training really helped you
• We use the 80/20 rule. We teach you the 20% that gives 80% of what you need
• There are two components to learning, your natural ability and the amount you practice. We work with your natural abilities to customize a program for you.
